It’s been a roller coaster past few years for 25-year-old Filth resident Luke Pompey. Earning rave reviews from club promoters across the globe, DJing on Galaxy FMs Nu Breed show for the second time to over a million listeners, playing internationally across Europe, producing & engineering for various labels, taking the UK by storm and embracing the white isle with breathtaking performances Luke is definitely one to watch!



DJing since the tender age of 12 years old, his 1st club residency at only 16, a national diploma in music technology, countless DJ competition titles are just some reasons why Luke is well on his way to the top. Working alongside one of the major players in the dance music scene 4clubbers.net from a very early point in his career has seen Luke play at some of the worlds most prestigious clubs and parties such as Gatecrasher Summer Sound System, Ministry of Sound, Cream @ Amnesia Ibiza, Tiesto Live @ Privilege, We Love Space, VeryWrongIndeed, Monza, The Egg & a Circoloco UK tour date @ Sankeys to name a few, alongside some of the worlds most prolific guest DJ’s and acts, Tiesto, Groove Armada, Basement Jaxx, Faithless, Erick Morillo, Roger Sanchez, The Swedish House Mafia, Fedde Le Grand, and probably the worlds most prolific DJ Paul Van Dyk when 4clubbers.net hosted the Terrace at Cream Amnesia in 2006 making Luke one of the youngest ever UK DJs to play Amnesia.



Luke’s growing popularity is firmly forging his career as one of the UK's most in demand young DJ's, an unforgettable past 4 seasons out on the White Isle have seen him destroy super clubs Eden, Amnesia, Privilege, Kanya, Underground, Es Paradis as well as being onboard The 1st Zoo Project season. In 2008 Luke featured as an exclusive guest at the worlds biggest ever club promotion Tiesto Live In Search of Sunrise Tour @ Privilege Ibiza in partnership with UK radio station Galaxy FM.



Luke's enthusiasm, professionalism and complete commitment to what he does are cementing his reputation in the North and across the UK. In an era where it is notoriously hard to stand out from the crowd Luke prides himself on his own passion and energy during his sets. His definitive sound can be described as an array of upfront electronic house music. With a versatility that see’s him charging up the dance floor with driving grooves, uplifting patterns and electronic sounds or creating a night of more underground tech house. With the use of the Pioneer EFX-1000 FX unit, CD decks, Ableton, acapellas and tools, he makes his sets completely his own, and this allows his love for music to shine through.



The past 12 months alone have seen Luke's phenomenal rise on his way up the ladder as he's matured into a key player in the Northern dance scene, If there was a tick list of achievement, there'd be plenty crossed off. In August 2009 he Warmed up for Roger Sanchez @ Gatecrasher, a month later for Erick Morillo to 2000 people @ Kissdafunk at the Leeds O2 academy. Fast forward to January 2010 and he’s was made Filth resident at Mint in Leeds one of the most import DJ rolls in the city warming up for the likes of The Martinez Brothers, Mark Knight, Sebastien Leger, Wally Lopez not to mention a 4 hour back2back set with Style of Eye. On the production front his massive 2009 remix of Oxia - Domino received support from Dirty South, Carl Cox, John Dahlback & Spektre to name a few and then in January 2010 he drops a killer remix of the biggest track of the year Dennis Ferrer “Hey Hey” which was not only featured on Pete Tongs Radio 1 essential selection but entered the charts of Erick Morillo at No.5, Stonebridge at No.1 and has been getting hammered by nearly every big DJ on the planet, putting Luke well and truly on the international map.



During the summer of 2010 Luke played at Glastonbury, Glade Festival, Creamfields, Ministry of sound, a weekly residency in Ibiza and a set supporting Faithless at the Bull-Ring stadium in Marbella. Fast forward to 2011 and his productions have hit world renowned labels such as the mighty Cr2 Records where his remix of top 10 hit ‘Circus Freak’ by hausJacker charted No.73 in the Beatport top 100, He has also had success on Whartone & World Sound Recordings where his remix of Kevin Andrews – ‘Give you’ reached No.10 overall in the Traxsource top 100 and His original ‘Brazil’ on Electronique Digital charted No.33 overall on Trackitdown.net



As he continues his onslaught with no sign of slowing down the futures looking very bright for this young Northern phenomenon. It's clear from the reaction he receives wherever he plays that Luke is destined to be one of the industry’s major players!
