We're one year old! No, we can't believe it either. It seems not that long ago when we were putting the finishing touches to our musical wonderland in King's Cross - in the past year we've seen DJ sets from Andrew Weatherall, Kenneth Bager, Alexis Taylor and Joe Goddard, Nancy Noise, Roger Sanchez, La Roux, Jonny Trunk, Auntie Flo, Patrick Forge and literally hundreds more, talks with Bill Nighy, Dennis Bovell, Nick Hornby, Madness and Joe Boyd, album launches for Depeche Mode, Bonobo, the xx, Kasabian, Jeff Mills and others.



Jarvis Cocker and Steve Mackey launched their Dancefloor Meditiations project here, we've thrown nights of unabashed worship for Prince, Earth, Wind & Fire, Rudy Van Gelder, David Bowie, and Kurupt FM put on the most secret of all secret gigs.



We've drunk around a million cocktails, eaten too many salt beef rolls to keep track of and had some very nice words said about us from NYC to TYO.



Next week we've got all sorts coming up with a mix of regulars and people who've been wanting to get in for ages, from Roddy Doyle to Mark E and Jimpster, a special Sunday night AV show - and a return visit from the first person to play here last September, Charlotte Hatherley.
