About this Event

Graham and Vincent, one from Bolton and the other from Montreal, are coming down to Proof for another of our Street Food Takeovers. This time they'll be serving up awesome Quebec style Canadian Poutine.



"Poutine on the Ritz" if you will.



Skin on french fries, topped with squeaky cheese curds and covered with a rich brown gravy made from either veal or mushrooms. Then they put individual twists on the dish, ranging from Butter Chicken sauce, topped with onion bhaji, or spiced pork with pickled cabbage. The menu is TBC right now but expect amazing things!
